  Dominique has 14 years experience in system involving smartcard technology. He has spent 11 years as consultant, team manager and now director, in payment schemes involving smartcard use and EMV technology. His assignments are Project Manager and mainly Technology Expert in acquiring and issuing payment card systems.
  
  
• Jacques Lemonier
  Jacques LEMONIER has been working since August 2002, in Smart Consulting, as a consultant specialized in complete banking smart card schemes and loyalty applications. His extensive experience in banking applications covers the technical, marketing and project management aspects of a smart card project. His expertise includes payment standards such as EMV, cards personalisation systems, POS applications, ATM applications, payment networks , authorization server, datacollection server, Electronic purses, cryptography schemes.

The Consultants

• Emmanuelle Bonville
  Emmanuelle has spent 13 years at Gemplus on working as Business developer and technical customer support. Business and Technical professional expertise around smart card industry & products for telecom and banking business markets. She has a strong experience with customer Accounts management for very large Telecom accounts such as Vodafone. Since 2003, Emmanuelle manages consulting missions around EMV for the banking institutions (Mastercard Belgium) and business development and project management for the mobile operators and content providers (SFR, Monaco Telecom, Spansion, AII). Her large experience in operational marketing and project management for advanced technological concepts and smart card systems deployment bring customers a strong support in their strategical approach.
  
  
• Mounji Methlouthi
  Mounji has over 20 years experience in card payment industry for both Issuing and Acquiring businesses, mainly as a project manager, senior Consultant, and finally consulting director at Gemplus Global Services. Since 2002, Consultant for MasterCard, in charge of the coordination of the EMV Chip Implementation Projects in Asia , Africa and Latin America.
  
  
• Jean-François Picart
  After 5 years as Development Engineer in the computer and GSM segments, Jean-François has spent seven years at Gemplus in various positions ranging from R&D, pre-sales / product training to corporate marketing in the banking and computer security sectors. Jean-François has been focusing on the German market in the last two years.
  
  
• Jérôme Daumas
  Jérôme has acquired experience in all smart cards related domains for over 12 years. An expertise acquired at Gemplus by holding successive positions of Support Engineer, Technical Consultant, and Project Manager to serve numerous customers all over the world. His main skills are in Banking (EMV) and Loyalty segments, cards Personalization and Training.
  
  
• Jean-Claude Ouvray
  Jean Claude has more than 15 years experience in smart card application schemes such as nationwide identification cards (Belgium, France, Slovenia), SIM cards for Telecom large accounts (Vodafone,) and today, EMV based payment systems for Mastercard. All along this period he was appointed as consultant, product marketer and project manager.

  Following 5 years of engineering in the nuclear industry, François has been working for 4 years in the computer security and smart card domain.
